Nevada Harvest Stands At Ten

Nevada Department of Wildlife officials stated that one female and one male bear were killed earlier this week bringing this seasons harvest total to ten.

The state is limiting the hunt to 20 bears or 6 females. Hunters have killed four females so far. Officials stated that hunting activity seems to be increasing due to cooler weather. The season ends December 31st or when the limits mentioned above are met.
